All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3-6 business days for your order to ship unless otherwise specified on the individual product page description.
Exchanges and Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your Muse purchase.
We will gladly accept your unworn, unwashed and FREE OF PET HAIR return purchased from our online-store for a full refund.
There is no need to notify us when you send a return, please simply send your original packing slip with your return so that we know who the return belongs to.
As soon as we issue your refund, you will receive an automatic email notification.
We do not do exchanges.
The cost of return shipping is not included with purchase.
Please affix the label provided with your shipment and mail it back to us with the carrier of your choice (we prefer Canada post/USPS).
